To give you a rough idea: short hops around Thessaloniki run €30-50, getting to Halkidiki beaches is usually €60-120, and longer rides like Thassos port or Kavala fall in the €120-190 range. Night rides and peak summer (June-August) can be 10-20% more. If you want a precise number, just drop us a message or fill in the booking form — takes a minute.
Transfer Destinations from Thessaloniki Airport
Thassos is probably our most popular run. We take you to Keramoti port (€120-150), you hop on the 35-minute ferry, and you're on the island. Simple. Halkidiki is the other big one — Kassandra and Sithonia beaches from €70, takes under an hour for the closer spots. Mount Olympus hikers head to Litochoro (€110) and it's about an hour of nice highway driving. Then there's Edessa with its waterfalls, Pozar hot springs up in the mountains, the wine country around Naoussa, and ski resorts at Pleuron and Elatochori in winter.
How Your Airport Transfer Works
You fill out the booking form — flight number, where you're going, how many people, how much luggage. That's it. We send you a confirmation with the price and your driver's phone number.
When you land at SKG, take your time through passport control and baggage claim. Your driver is already in the arrivals hall with a sign that has your name on it. Thessaloniki Airport has one terminal, so you can't really miss each other. They'll help with bags, and you're on your way.

Vehicles for Your Thessaloniki Airport Transfer
For 1-3 people we usually send a Mercedes E-Class or similar sedan. Fits 2-3 suitcases plus carry-ons, has AC, and is solid for anything up to a 2-hour drive. If there are 4-8 of you, we'll use a Mercedes V-Class van — much more space for legs and luggage, which matters when you're heading to somewhere like Thassos or Pozar. Groups of 9-14 get a Sprinter minibus so nobody has to take a separate car.
Booking Your Airport Transfer
Easiest way to book is through the form on this page. You can also WhatsApp or call us at +306942794956, or send an email to [email protected]. We usually reply within 30 minutes between 8 AM and 10 PM Greek time.
For payment: either a credit card online (we ask for 20% upfront) or cash in euros directly to the driver. If you're a company and need invoices, we do that too. Cancellation is free if you let us know at least 24 hours ahead.
Airport Transfer FAQ
How far are popular destinations from Thessaloniki Airport?
Halkidiki ranges from 45 minutes (Kassandra) to about 90 minutes (Sarti on Sithonia), depending on which beach you're heading to. The ferry port at Keramoti for Thassos is roughly 2 hours east on the E90. Litochoro, the village at the foot of Mount Olympus, is about an hour south on the highway. Kavala is a 2-hour run, and ski resorts like Elatochori are 1.5–2 hours depending on the season.
Should I pre-book my Thessaloniki airport transfer?
Definitely a good idea, especially in summer. July and August we're booked solid most days, so if you're landing between June and September it's worth reserving a few days ahead — or as soon as your flights are confirmed. Outside peak season, 24 hours notice is usually fine. For early morning or late night arrivals and larger vehicles (vans, minibuses), earlier is always better.
What if my flight is delayed — will my transfer driver wait?
Yes, always. When you book, we link your flight number to your reservation and track it in real time. If your flight shows a delay, your driver automatically adjusts their arrival time at SKG. You don't have to call us, message us, or do anything at all — the system handles it, and there's no extra charge for the wait.
Do you provide child seats for airport transfers?
Yes — just tell us the child's age and approximate weight when you fill in the booking form. We carry infant seats (up to 13 kg), forward-facing seats (9–18 kg), and booster seats for older kids. The right one will be fitted before your driver heads to the airport. No extra charge.
How will I find my driver at Thessaloniki Airport?
Head through passport control and baggage claim at your own pace — your driver is already waiting in the arrivals hall with a sign showing your name. Thessaloniki Airport (SKG) has a single terminal, so there's only one arrivals exit and it's hard to miss anyone standing there. We'll also send you the driver's name and mobile number before your flight, so you can call directly if needed.
Landing at SKG and need a transfer?
We drive you to Halkidiki, Thassos, Mount Olympus, Kavala — pretty much anywhere in Northern Greece. The price is locked when you book, your driver tracks your flight, and the whole thing takes about 2 minutes to arrange. Fill in the form above to get started.
